QEI - Real Estate Economy Notebooks

The “QEI- Quaderni di Economia Immobiliare (Real Estate Economy Notebooks) - Tecnoborsa Six-Monthly Journal” is a publication aimed at making an important contribution in terms of the spreading of quality information, clarity of regulations, critical points and obstacles, giving voice to the most authoritative real estate economy experts.
Created in 2003 to contribute to the forming of a national real estate culture, it is aimed at a vast public, from institutions and private organizations to real estate operators and distinguished experts.
The notebooks are published three times per year - two regular and one special issue - and deal with all aspects of important national and international real estate issues: research, laws, procedures, analyses and investigations, news and big events, all set in a beautiful graphic layout with images of old and modern buildings, which makes it possible to read them also from a historical-iconographic-architectural viewpoint.
The topics dealt with so far include: real estate investment trusts, real estate transactions, securitization, the Annual survey of Italian families and the real estate market, the Proceedings of the 1st and 2nd European Summit on the Real Estate Economy, and the Survey on Housing in Italy, Europe and the United States.
The QEI editorial staff avails itself of the support of the ONMI, especially as regards research materials, and of the contributions of authoritative experts working in the Italian and foreign real estate sectors.
